My Work

Launched an e-commerce for skin care products

  • Skin care brands in Spain leveraged e-commerce, earning a substantial share of revenue from this preferred channel among a younger audience. Uriach recognized this opportunity to strengthen its market position by targeting a new audience

  • Created an ecommerce from scratch, working with Analytics, Designers, and Engineers. Aligning resources, we built the platform and executed a digital campaign to drive traffic

  • To be succeed, I crafted a value proposition aligned with customer needs, optimized the check-out experience for ease purchase, and ran the launch campaign to gain traction

    • Acquired 100K Visits within the first month

    • Attained a CTR of 2% across various channels - Media & Social

    • Generated $75k of Revenue within the first 2 months


Scaled up a local campaign to new international markets

  • With a significant revenue share in the US, Intuitive aimed to expand its current campaign, targeting Hospital Executives, to additional geographic regions

  • My first project at Intuitive was to recommend the campaign launch for specific countries and identify channels for implementation

  • To have 360 view of every potential country, I analyzed the following data: Market Landscape and other Macro factors, Customer behavior and feasibility for APAC and EU countries.

    • Got Green Light from my suggestions - UK campaign launched within the following 6 months


Launched probiotics brand in Southern Europe

  • Probiotics market grew substantially during 2019 in Southern Europe, emerging as a top market in OTC industry. This offered Uriach an opportunity to penetrate the category and strengthen its position as pharmaceutical leader

  • Facing high entry barriers and numerous competitors, I had to develop a product meeting customer needs across Spain, Portugal, and Italy

  • I led customer and market research - including focus groups, and product iterations guided by customer feedback. As a result, I developed a strategy for launching a variety of Probiotics-based products to address diverse health needs

    • Achieved $500M in ARR in the first year

    • Obtained 50% Distribution across Spanish pharmacies within 6 months

    • Established as one of the top 10 probiotics brands within the first year
